Laboratory

 

At “BONMIX” strict incoming control of raw materials, control during production and outgoing control of finished products is carried out.

An in house laboratory has been built and operates, which consists of the Laboratory for incoming control, Workshop Laboratory and Chemical Laboratory.

In addition to traditional analysis methods (e.g. moisture, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, etc.), the “BONMIX” laboratory also performs express non-destructive analysis of raw materials and finished products, using modern methods, such as near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy.

Control and quality

 

BONMIX has implemented and operates an Integrated Quality and Feed safety Management System in accordance with the following international standards:
– ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements and
– ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management Systems – Requirements for any organization in the food chain, which standard includes the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) concept.

Feed Safety Management System (feed materials) according to GMP+FC 2020, standard R1.0 – Requirements for Feed Safety Management Systems of the internationally recognized GMP+ Feed certification scheme, module FSA (Feed Safety Assurance).

 

Based on its GMP+B2 certification, BONMIX is a participant in the following two feed safety schemes:

– QS scheme, supported by Qualität und Sicherheit GmbH, Germany
– Pastus+, supported by AMA-Marketing, Austria
